Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only issued for defective or damaged products, or if services were not provided as agreed.

Due to the seasonal and custom nature of our products, non-defective items are not eligible for returns.

Payment is due as stated on your invoice. Services will not be scheduled until payment terms are met.

3. Scheduling & Installation
Installation dates are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions.

Customers must ensure installation areas are clear and accessible.

4. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled installation to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made after that time may incur a service fee.

5. Warranty & Liability
We guarantee our installation workmanship for the duration of the holiday season.

Platinum Holiday Lights is not responsible for damage caused by weather, animals, or improper handling after installation.
